Sushi chef Hiroki Kubota , worked in TOKYO sushi restaurant , and International Sake sommelier Kaori Isono provides special japanese food experience by Sushi and Japanese Sake.
Mr.Kubota prepares over ten types of fresh fish choosen and we can choose 5pieces. Let’s eat sushi and see these technique of preparing sushi ! And also , Ms.Isono select and prepare some types of Japanese Sake. She introduce the history of them and their producing place.
